Saturday, October 24th, from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM

Have you been stressing a bit about what post-high school life is like? We are here to ease your anxiousness and walk you through everything from applying to post-secondary institutions, important university tips such as how to study properly? The African Caribbean Mentorship Event (ACMP) is putting together a significantly informative event for anyone interested but worrying about post-secondary institutions, particularly in Ontario.

Who is this event for?
This event is open to all students from high school.

Why?

In doing so, we will be preparing students for what is to come in their next big steps after high school

Not everyone has parents who attended post-secondary; this is a guide for students who do not know what they are walking in on.

It is a positive transition with the guidance of a university student (Lindsey), and a recent alum (Ream).

We can pass on what we know and ease some anxieties they may have.

Where?

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this session will be held online.

Zoom link and password to be provided the night before the event (Friday October 23rd).
