Mental Health Resources

This month, the Afro-Caribbean Mentorship Program initiated a conversation on Mental Health. This conversation can bring up some uncomfortable feelings and thoughts. These may be hard to cope with and potentially harmful.

The ACMP thinks that having these conversations about Mental Health is necessary, but wants to acknowledge the risks of such conversations.
